Regaining stabilization...

Once the paralytic drug was ceased this morning, Rob's numbers went back up a little bit. His heart rate and fever increased a bit as well as his belly pressure which went up to 28. The nurses are sure this is because of the change in the drug and him starting to come around a little more. But they hope that he will regain stablization and start lowering those numbers again soon. They did start using the cold blanket again to work on his fever but it wasn't set as cold this time as it was last time. Still a chilly 16 degrees Celsius though.

So for the time being, we are still positive that he will level off and start to decrease those numbers again. 4:00 will be the next belly pressure check so we're hoping for a number lower than 28. For most all of his numbers, the lower the better.
