Encouraging visit...

At the 2:30 visit Rob's temp was about the same as it has been all day. But the nurse did say that he responded to her instructions to wiggle his toes and squeeze her hand like he was doing yesterday. So that was good. His belly pressure was at 20, which is just fine. He was up to 22 overnight. They started measuring that again every 8 hours now just because of that random one overnight that was a little higher. So we'll keep an eye on that again.

They increased his breaths per minute to 18, up 3 from before. And he is starting to breathe over the machine again at times. His blood pressure is back at a level that they would like it to be. There for a while it got a lot lower than he had been so they were watching it to see if he needed treatment for that. It raises a little when time they move him and when we come in to visit him. So that's just another indication that he knows we are there with him. When I tell him I love him his breathing increases as well. So those little signs make me feel much better when I need a little boost of confidence.

All in all, he's still getting there. Just a little slower than we'd all like but it's up to us to be patient, while he is the patient.

Keep the prayers coming, he's feeling them all the time.

Kelly,

Sounds like he is doing better we are still thinking about you both. When you think Rob can handle it tell him that we have a drummer now, but tell him to only consintrate on getting better we will wait for him. That is our main consirn now that he gets better.

Take care you are in our thoughts everyday.

Mike and Darcie
