Starting another good day...

Rob seems to be doing well after our first couple visits of the day. His temp is still hovering around the 100 degree range but they do have him off the cold blanket now. So hopefully he can maintain a decent temp without too much assistance now. The removed his NG tube overnight. That was the tube that went in his nose to his stomach to pump out whatever might get into his stomach. He is handling his tube feedings well so they were comfortable enough to remove that NG tube. So his system can start processing things for itself now.

His sugars are still a little unsteady so he's still on insulin to help control those. Otherwise he's looking good. His heart rate and blood pressure are looking good. Along with his belly pressure that last measured at 17, still completely normal.

I hope all the good news continues to come our way so he can keeping slowly heading down the road to recovery.

Kelly
